Ice Sculpture

A while ago I decided to try ice sculpture.. it seemed like a great creative challenge but I also thought it’d be awesome to make vodka luges for parties!

I found a supplier of ice blocks, luckily not too far away. However, as I don’t have a walk in freezer, I had to make do with carving in the garden.

First attempts went ok, now a few years on and they are improving after just a few more sculptures.. adding more to my tool kit helped too.

This is very much a seasonal thing, if it’s cold enough outside and there’s a party happening, I’ll do my best to make something that looks good and helps get the drinks flowing!
